Twin City Santa

Twin City Santa‘s annual Miracle on 5th Street Christmas party takes place at the Millennium Center and serves as a semi-formal event for young professionals in the Triad to collect holiday toys to be donated to the children of the community through the Salvation Army‘s annual Toy Drive.
The first Miracle on 5th Street event in 2003 brought together about 400 young professionals from the Winston-Salem, Greensboro and surrounding community. Last year’s record-breaking event brought in a capacity crowd of over 1300 people joining in the holiday spirit in 2015.

Heart Ball

American Heart Association

A Celebration of creating and sharing. This evening at the Millennium Center celebrates the work and mission; the donors and volunteers; and — most importantly — the lives saved and improved because of everyone’s effort of the American Heart Association. The Heart Ball is an engaging evening of fun and passion bringing community and philanthropic leaders together. Last year, our Heart Ball campaign raised just over $51 million nation-wide allowing us to fund over $123 millon of research and programs across the country and in your community.
