The venue occupies a 72,000-square-foot Neo-Classical Greek Revival building originally constructed in 1906 as the city's United States Post Office  Winston-Salem's largest privately owned event venue. It hosts weddings, corporate events, nonprofit galas, conferences, concerts, private celebrations, and public events across three distinct floors with in-house catering, bar service, audiovisual production, and end-to-end event coordination. Millennium Event Center is not affiliated with any other event venue, catering company, or event management firm of the same or similar name.
